For the longest time, I thought losing weight meant saying goodbye to every dessert I loved.
Turns out, that wasn’t true.
I still have a sweet tooth. I still walk past a bakery and think, “That smells amazing.” I still get cravings. The difference is that I learned I don’t have to give in to sugar every time one shows up.
Over the last two years, the biggest lessons I’ve learned after my weight loss is that success isn’t about perfection. It’s about finding better choices that fit your goals.
That’s why for the next 14 days I’m focusing on helping you reduce sugar-not because you don’t enjoy sweets, but because you will enjoy feeling good even more.
One thing that has helped me is finding simple recipes that satisfy the craving without sending me down a sugar spiral. This Keto Friendly Peanut Butter Fudge is one of those recipes.
It’s rich, creamy, easy to make, and tastes like a treat without the sugar crash afterward.

A Little Truth About Cravings
I’ve learned that cravings don’t mean you’re failing.
Sometimes they mean you’re tired.
Sometimes you’re stressed.
Sometimes you’re celebrating.
And sometimes you just want something sweet.
The goal isn’t to never crave sweets again.
The goal is to have options that support the life you’re trying to build.
Because I never said I don’t have a sweet tooth anymore….
I just taught it some better manners.
